As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Program Manager in our Integration Engineering business located in Everett, WA.


Reporting to the Program Director, the Program Manager manages the activities of product lines, projects, and programs involving department or cross-functional teams. Focuses on delivery within prescribed time fame and funding parameters. Monitors the product line, program, and project from initiation through delivery.


+ Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, procedures for accomplishing project, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project; reports findings to management.

+ Confers with project staff to outline work plan and responsibilities.

+ Coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.

+ Compiles status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required; prepares project reports for management, client, or others.

+ Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.

+ Running OEM line fit programs.

+ Performs other related duties as required.


+ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year College or university; and eight plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Previous Aerospace experience.


+ Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a manufacturing environment, especially in the aerospace industry.

+ PMP certification.

+ Technical engineering knowledge and understanding.

+ Scheduling experience, especially using Primavera scheduling software.

+ Strong business acumen and previous experience maintaining responsibility for the P&L.

+ Well organized with solid judgment; able to multitask and adjust to changing priorities.

+ Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders including Senior Leadership.

+ Demonstrated ability to build credibility with, interact with, and influence suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders in a matrixed organization; ability to build strong relationships.

+ Previous experience running OEM (Boeing/Airbus) line fit programs.

+ Advanced MS Office Suite Skills
